Friends of Lincoln Park Fundraiser

The historic 150-year-old park, located on the southwest corner of Congress and Franklin streets in Portland, Maine, has a group of friends who having been working hard for the last three years to restore the public space and its original Parisian fountain.

Shipyard is excited to support the efforts of The Friends of Lincoln Park on Thursday, September 15th by hosting a fundraising party in the Shipyard Tasting Room. From 5:30-7:30 pm join us in supporting this great local organization and hear first-hand why Friends of Lincoln Park founder, Frank Reilly, was so inspired to halt the decline of Portland’s first public green space and restore it to its original condition. 

The Friends of Lincoln Park are currently trying to raise $170,000 to restore Lincoln Park’s most visible fixture, the Parisian fountain, cast in 1870, to its original splendor.

COST: $20 per ticket will include 2 complimentary beer tickets. The full ticket price and proceeds from additional beer purchased will go right to Friends of Lincoln Park.
